General Questions

How do I change the text size of this website on my screen

If you are using Internet Explorer: to increase or decrease the text size, use the Text Size setting in the View menu (at the top of the screen). The default setting is Medium.

In browsers other than Internet Explorer, there will be a similar setting. For example, in Netscape versions 6 and above the option is called Text Zoom.

Would you add a link to my website?

We do not add links to our website. The only links we have are directly related to our work or the sites of our exhibition partners.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

To be removed from our mailing list, please email us with your name and address. Alternatively you can call 01603 493625.

How do I unsubscribe from your e-bulletin?

You can unsubscribe from our e-bulletin at any time by following the link at the bottom of the email.

Museums Pass

What do I do if I've lost my Museums Pass card?

Email Norfolk Museums & Archaeology Service or ring 01603 493625 and we will arrange for a replacement card to be sent out to you.

How do I renew my Museums Pass membership?

We will write to you before your membership expires and send you a renewal form to fill in. If you would prefer, you can renew your membership over the phone by calling 01603 495897 (card payments only), or you can renew your membership in person at one of our sites.

When will I receive my Museums Pass card(s)?

Membership card(s) are sent out once a week, so you should receive your card(s) within a couple of weeks of purchase. However, Direct Debit payments can take a bit longer. If you purchase your Museums Pass at one of our sites, a temporary pass will be issued, which is valid for up to two months, until your cards arrive.

How many cards will I get with my membership?

Joint and Family passes receive two cards (where there are two names on the membership form). All other types of pass will receive only one card.

Can I bring guests in on my family pass?

Your family pass will only admit people living at the same address and must include under 16s and a maximum of three adults. If you would like to bring guests with you, please purchase the Accompanied Guests option along with your family pass.
