Learning Resources Volunteer Opportunity

The Learning Resources team are seeking new volunteers. Handling Boxes help bring history to life and we’re looking for volunteers to help us improve existing learning resources and create new ones.

Being a museum volunteer is a rewarding and sociable activity. You’ll gain experience working in museum learning and will be awarded a certificate of achievement on completion.

Thetford Treasures Volunteer Opportunity

We’re seeking to recruit volunteers to our Thetford Treasures group. Volunteers are essential for bringing the collections to life for school and group visits. You may be preparing crafts, dressing as a Tudor or cooking on the Victorian range.

Being a museum volunteer is a rewarding and sociable activity, working in a unique Tudor town house. The team of volunteers often pitch in at busy times such as seasonal events and school holidays.
