The Friends of Ancient House are a registered charity who enjoy supporting the activities of the museum.
Anyone can become a friend of the museum. Join today and benefit from:
• Free, lively evening talks held at the museum on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, on a variety of local topics
• Free admission to the museum all year round
• Social events with the opportunity to meet new friends
• A list of all events for the year and occasional invitations to exhbition private views
• Opportunities to volunteer in the museum
• 10% discount on admission to NMAS sites across the county
• 10% discount in the café at Norwich Castle and Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse
One years membership costs £3.00 for an Adult and £1.50 for a Child (5-15 years)

• A fine painted case clock by Spendlove of Thetford
• Two books on portraits by the museum’s founder Prince Frederick Duleep Singh
• A bronze age sword and prehistoric axes found locally
• Facsimile brasses for brass rubbing sessions
• Chairs for the use of visitors and group meetings
