Group visits

There is a discounted rate available for pre-booked groups of 10 people or more.

Payment

Pay on the day of the visit by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to ‘Norfolk County Council’. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and to liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us 14 days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There is a free car park in White Hart Street, on the opposite side of the road to the museum.

Access

The ground floor, shop, garden and toilet are accessible to wheelchair users. The museum has audio guides.

Refreshments

There is no café on site but the museum is well situated for a range of excellent cafés and restaurants in Thetford.
