GYLHAS are unveiling a plaque dedicated to Ethel on 11/11/24 at 2pm at 21 Market Place. Having recently studied Ethel's life and career, Chris Wright will be marking the centenary of her becoming the first female mayor of Great Yarmouth with a talk at Time & Tide.
