How did medieval people dress? How did they fight? How did they think? On Friday 30 May, join us at Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery for an activity day exploring medieval life hosted by our very own Knights of the Sound Table group. Free tickets for this event are exclusively for local young people aged 11-25, if you would like to attend but do not fall into this age category, please book general admission tickets for this date.

Coffee Mornings are open to all and free to attend; includes museum admission. Your are welcome to arrive at any point during the session, but booking is required as seating is limited. Dogs have been a subject matter within photography since it was first introduced. Was this by hapless accident or have dogs been a central theme within photography since the beginning and why? Looking at the parallel trajectory of dogs and photography in Great Britain, Heidi Hudson, Curator of Photographic Collections at the Royal Kennel Club, will examine the role the dog plays out in early photography as subject matter, muse, prop, and symbolic representation.
