You will need to book at least a day in advance of your visit and choose a specific day and arrival slot for your visit.
Each arrival slot covers a 2 hour period starting from the time stated on your ticket, and you are welcome to arrive at any time during your chosen slot to enjoy your visit until we close at 5pm.

Museums Pass holders, Friends of Gressenhall, Children’s University, Museum Association, Art Fund members and under 4s receive free entry.
Due to the size and complexity of the site, with potential hazards such as open water, farm vehicles and livestock, children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For discounted admission (i.e. Museum Pass/Discount Voucher) proof of entitlement must be presented on arrival for both online and walk in admissions.
