Access facilities

The museum is easy to get to by car or public transport. The entrance is from King’s Lynn bus station. The museum galleries are all on the ground floor with smooth or ramped access between galleries.

Carers

If you will be visiting with a carer, they will be admitted to the museum free of charge.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are very welcome. Ask for a bowl of water at the reception desk.

Facilities for people with impaired hearing and sight

Audio guides are available for use around the museum.

Accessible toilets

There are wheel/pushchair accessible toilets along with baby changing facilities on the ground floor of the museum.
