Visitors with mobility impairment

The entrance to Lynn Museum is from King’s Lynn bus station. There is no disabled parking at the museum, however there is a drop off point in the bus station.

The entrance door is automatic.

A concession ticket is available for visitors with a disability and one companion is admitted free of charge.

The museum galleries are all on the ground floor. A variety of flooring types are used including vinyl, carpet and parquet flooring. There is smooth or ramped access between galleries.

There are chairs in the reception and galleries.

There are accessible/ambulant toilet facilities located off the main gallery.

Assistance animals are welcome. Please ask the staff at reception for a bowl of water.
