Group visits

We welcome group visits throughout the year, but do ask for group leaders to book first.

There is a discounted rate available for pre-booked groups of 10 people or more.

Payment

Pay on the day of the visit by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to ‘Norfolk County Council’. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and to liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Tickets can also be purchased online through ArtTickets.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking you will need to give us 14 days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There are several well signposted car parks near to the museum.

Access

The public galleries, museum shop and toilets are all located on the ground floor.  There are audio guides available for all visitors.

Refreshments

There is no cafe on site but the museum is well situated for a range of excellent cafes and restaurants in King’s Lynn.
