Before you book, please note due to the building works to transform Norwich Castle Keep, the original medieval parts of the Castle site, including the Keep itself, are currently closed to the public. Find out more about planned gallery closures.
Entrance to Norwich Castle is by ticket only, it's best to book your tickets online. You will need to book at least a day in advance of your visit and choose a specific day and arrival time for your visit.
Unsold tickets will be available on the door at the museum but we recommend you book in advance, as you will not be allowed into the museum unless sufficient unsold tickets are available when you arrive.
From May 2021, lower admission prices have been introduced for Norwich Castle to reflect the fact that some areas of the Castle are closed.
