Group visits to Norwich Castle

There is a discounted rate available for pre-booked groups of 10 people or more. Please contact the Bookings Coordinator at norwichcastle.bookings@norfolk.gov.uk to find out more. This rate applies when visits are pre-booked through the Bookings Coordinator, not when pre-booked on Art Tickets. See standard Norwich Castle admission prices.

Norwich Castle has an array of wonderful collections on display, including art, natural history, archaeology and history, plus an impressive programme of special exhibitions. Find out more about current and forthcoming exhibitions.

Payment

Please pay on the day of the visit by cash, card or cheque made payable to 'Norfolk County Council'. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us 21 days' notice in writing. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There is no parking on site. Coaches can drop off on Farmers Avenue or Castle Meadow. The museum is a couple of minutes' walk away. If members of your group have mobility needs, you can drive up in a car or minibus only and drop them off at the entrance.
