Norwich Castle is a wonderful place to bring a group for the day out. Group visits are offered throughout the year but should be booked as far in advance as possible.
Group leader, coach driver and companion(s) for visitors with a disability receive complimentary admission.
Tickets are valid all day, so if you want to explore Norwich, which is right on the Castle doorstep, you can pop in and out of Norwich Castle as many times as you want.
Pay on the day of the visit by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to ‘Norfolk County Council’. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and liaise with reception staff on arrival.
If you need to cancel your booking, please give us 21 days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
