Opening times

Following careful consideration of recent developments of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic, and following national government guidance, we have taken the difficult decision to close all ten of our museum sites to protect the welfare of our visitors, volunteers and staff.

All our museums will remain closed until further notice. All events have now been cancelled for the foreseeable future. If you have pre-booked for any events during this time, we will be in touch.

This is a rapidly changing situation and we will respond accordingly by updating the latest information on our website and social media platforms. We’re looking into how we can best share our collections digitally during this time, and considering ways to support our communities so keep an eye on social media for online resources, behind the scenes videos and more.
