Group visits to Time and Tide

There is a discounted rate available for pre-booked groups of 10 people or more.

Payment

Pay on the day of the visit by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to 'Norfolk County Council'. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and to liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us 14 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There are several well signposted car parks near to the museum. Groups can be dropped off outside the museum on Blackfriars Road. See more information about coach parking on the Visit Great Yarmouth website.

Access

The museum is fully accessible to wheelchair users with access to upper floors via a lift.
