Pilates classes at Strangers Hall
After the success of our pilot sessions last year, we are excited to announce regular Express Pilates at Strangers' Hall in the Elizabethan Knot Garden. From 6th May, classes will be running every Tuesday (12:45-1:30pm) until mid-September. We are incredibly lucky to be working with Emma Power who won the award for Best Pilates Teacher in Norwich 2024.
