Visiteering
Fancy trying your hand at something new? Work alongside our curator in a visiteering session to help conserve real museum collections. Learn about what goes in to caring for objects in the museum and have a go yourself. Visiteering offers visitors a chance to get up close and personal with historic items on display and gives some behind the scenes experience in the life of a curator. As thanks for your help in conserving our collections, you can enjoy the rest of the site from the museum and woodland playground to the farm and river walk after your session, during the site's opening hours! Sessions are best suited to individuals and to families working together, and last 1hr30.

Individual £6.50, NMS Museum Passholders and companions of disabled visitors free.
