Imagine if Old MacDonald had...an event!

Join us at Barnyard Bash for a joyful day celebrating the fun of the farm at this activity day, designed with young families in mind. Enjoy free facepainting, accessible craft activities, and special guests Norfolk Libraries and author Isabelle King running sessions during the event. Visit our own animals on Union Farm from our leggiest livestock, the rare 'Suffolk Punch' horses, to feathered poultry friends like our Norfolk Black turkeys! The Flax and Fleece Project will be showing off their brilliant sustainable fibres too. Burn off some steam on our woodland adventure playground, take a turn on a tiny tractor, have a hobby horse race, or have a go at some silly farmer-style sports day challenges. If you need a calmer pace and to chill out in nature, join Norfolk and Waveney Mind for a forest bathing taster session.
